PU Rubber Roller For Rice Hulling Machine and The Second Generation
Classification, structure and model of rubber roller:
At present, there are three kinds of hulling rubber roller,also
known as three series, named wheel type, sleeve type and lap type
respectively.
1. Wheel type: the center flange hole is used for positioning, and
three or four bolt holes are fixed on two main shafts of the
huller.
2. Sleeve type: it is positioned by 46o cone at both ends, and
fixed on two spindles of the huller by the pin groove in the cone
at both ends, which is fixed by taper and cap.
3. Lap type: it is positioned by the inner hole of lap son at both
ends, and fixed on the two main shafts of the huller with the top
fastening screws on the lap son at both ends.
General color: translucent milky white
Features: soft texture than rubber, the most wear-resistant, the
highest price, because of the lower hardness, the rice milling rate
is lower and the rice breaking rate is higher. Because polyurethane
is different from rubber production process, the quality is not
very stable, suitable for ordinary users;

Inspection Standard for Hulling Rubber Roller:
Requirements for physical and mechanical properties of rubber
compound:
Breaking strength: above MPa 19 (190K / cm2)
Elongation at break: over 200%
Energy consumption reduction cm3 / 1.61km < 0.5
Hardness: 85° , 90° , 95°
The allowable tolerance is ± 3°, and the maximum and minimum difference of hardness on the same
cot is greater than 2°.
