The air sieve specific gravity cleaner integrates ultra-low speed
non crushing elevator, vertical air sieve, cyclone dust removal
system and large area specific gravity table to remove dust, chaff
shell, chaff seed, bud grain, moth eaten grain, mildew grain, straw
and other light, large and small impurities in seeds or commercial
grain at one time.
Product Features:
1. When it is used to process seeds, grains and beans, it can
replace the pycnometer, greatly improve the purity of the
pycnometer, reduce the working load of the pycnometer, and increase
the output;
2. It can be used to process wheat, rice, corn, soybean, sorghum
and other commercial grains, with the output of 20 tons per hour,
and can remove more than 90% of the light impurities such as chaff
seeds, buds, moth eaten grains, moldy grains and black powder
diseased grains;
3. Air separation, proportion selection, screening and grading
shall be completed at one time to reduce labor and energy
consumption;
4. Maintenance free vertical air screen structure, equipped with
