Soybean Cleaning Machine,Corn Combined Cleaner with Double Dedust
System
The double dedust cleaning machine is composed of ultra-low speed
non crushing elevator, environmental protection dust remover,
closed rotary ash discharge valve, vertical air screen and
vibration classification screen. The material is lifted to the
vertical air screen by the non crushing elevator. According to the
different weight of the material and the impurity, the light
impurity is removed by air separation, and then enters the
vibration classification screen. According to the external
dimension of the material, the precision punching screen pieces of
different specifications are adjusted to remove the large and small
impurities. At the same time, the finished material is divided into
large particles, medium particles and small particles by increasing
or decreasing the number of layers of the screen pieces, It can be
used for cleaning and processing of wheat, rice, corn, barley, pea
and other crop seeds, and also for cleaning and processing of
various grains.
